Greta location and staff but didn't work for me

Pros: Staff were great. Location excellent. Underground parking a must due to neighborhood conditions. Cons: I don't think everyone would necessarily have the same experience but my fridge was not plugged in on arrival, the bed was not comfortable it felt soft at first but was actually stuff support, pillows lumpy. Visible water damage on shower ceiling. The doors close on their own so hard that it is noisy in the morning with staff and guests opening and letting the doors close in the hallway.

Pros: Long check on process. Not a nice area to walk around in Cons: Price, service, parking was expensive

Pros: Rooms are a good size. The large hot tub is always a plus Cons: As usual..the crazy tight entrance and exit to the hotel...the sketchy location..aa lot of homeless people

Still a great stay and would consider it for future events/work stays

Pros: Perfect location for my event Cons: Clear parking directions upon arrival for a busy event left many cars parked temporarily in the drop off zone and unable to access the parkade without having checked in.

It was pleasant, over all.

Pros: Clean beds, room. Good space. Simple but upgraded and clean. Nice to have a receiving couches & coffee table for guests to talk with visitors. Cons: Far from center; a bit walk toward eating place. A bit more expensive rate considering all.
