Excellent physical facility. Very comfortable room -- especially the bed!!!!!!!!!
Pros: A wonderful physical facility. Staff services could have been a bit better. Facility was rather empty when I was there. Cons: I requested an extra chair in my room for a visiting family member. It took several requests for it to be delivered (several hour later).
Pleasant stay
Pros: Comfortable bed. Clean room. Refrigerator in a cabinet makes it quiet. Cons: no clock in the room. Inside of coffee maker water tank looked dirty. All info was only available by scanning a qr code

Pros: Breakfast was good and the pool area was really nice Cons: One of the elevators was down the whole weekend and the hotel has 10 floors so we had to wait a few extra minutes to get up/down from the room
