Super base to see a wonderful city.
Excellent early check-in, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was very comfortable, with very good air conditioning on the hot days and just the right heating on the colder days. Fantastic location for the subway and local area.
Fantastic location and value for money
Pros: Super great location, right next to subway and ferry port. Plenty of bars, shops, restaurants, coffee shops right outside. Super clean, comfy bed, reception staff were great - they upgraded us and made our stay even more special for our celebration trip. Gym was fully decked out with all you could need, plus again super clean. Great value for money for NYC, will stay here next time Cons: The wait for the elevator, but the hotel does have 44 floors, so to be expected

Pros: This was my second time staying there in 4 months and have loved it both times. Hotel is very clean and smells good. Staff is very nice. Housekeeping is fantastic keeping your room clean and replenished every day. Cons: Nothing
