Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption (inklusive köstlichem Cookie und Restauranttipps) , Garage im Haus, sehr gute Lage des Hotels, gleich bei Dundas und Yonge Street, ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum CN Tower. Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber.
Great location, clean and comfortable room.
Pros: The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to many of the local attractions. I got to the hotel early and my room wasn't ready yet, however, I could store my luggage and within 1hr the room was sorted and it was still before the normal check in time. Room was clean, comfortable and a good size and I liked how the window opened a little bit to provide some fresh air. Plenty of USB outlets and plugs. There is a coffee machine which you can also get hot water from for tea. Plenty of towels and the shower had good water pressure. Hotel had a small shop and lots of other

Pros: I liked the staff. Everyone was really nice. The housekeeper was very enthusiastic. Cons: The restaurant downstairs was just okay for dinner. The pool was a little stuffy.

Pros: the first room we were allocated had a musty smell, but we were moved without any problem. Staff were lovely, especially the concierge and the breakfast waiter. very good selection for breakfast Cons: Nothing
