I reserved a room with the hot tub and i fell on their property my leg is hurt

The room we got was large and well furnished. The spa tub is huge and well worth the price. The only issues we had were superficial. The smoking rooms don't have ash trays, so the table in the room was coveres in cigarette burns and the water smells pretty bad. Which is most likely due to old pipes.

Bed Bugs! We stayed the night and in the morning we found bed bugs in the bed and on the walls. I brought one to the front desk to show him and requested a refund. He did not care in the slightest and told me I "should have told him there were bed bugs" upon my initial arrival the day prior and he would not give me a refund. I contacted Expedia to help me and when they spoke to the employee he refused to refund so I am still out that money. Some of my friends were staying in adjacent rooms so I knocked on their doors to tell them they should wrap their belongings in trash bags to prevent infes
