Staff was really attentive and friendly. The hot breakfast and afternoon kickback were great perks in an age where many hotels are scaling back on free food options.

A great stay in Pittsburgh
Pros: The property is in a great location in the downtown and close to a lot of places like the convention center. The staff was absolutely amazing - shout out to the valets- and we were always greeted and they took care of our every need. Pool area is enviable - none of the other hotels in the area compare. If you want to be well taken care of by the staff, choose this hotel. Cons: Rooms could use some upgrades. Bathrooms are very decent, but just the bedrooms themselves - especially the mattresses could be improved.

Cons: Was told I couldn’t get checkout itemized bill because I booked through booking.com
