Our stay was a 7/8 out of 10.
Pros: The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Facility was clean and the hotel is central to a lot of LA. Cons: The elevator was closed majority of the 4 day trip. We were on the second floor, so we had to carry our own bags up and down with our visit. The room also had a hint of "cat pee" smell. It wasn't the strongest, but we did have to air out the room upon arrival.
Pros: Nothing Cons: Not only was the staff rude, but the vending machines ate my money, and then the staff acted like it was no big deal. Then I got home and got a text this morning from my bank saying that there was $100 worth of fraud on my credit card from that hotel. Meaning that one of the employees committed fraud with my credit card and stole $100.

Pros: I appreciated the FREE parking. I appreciated how clean the public microwaves were kept. I liked the diversity of the customers--this was the highlight of this place. I saw all different kinds of people. Everyone was friendly. Cons: I didn't like that the elevator wasn't working. I didn't like that you couldn't call the place and talk to someone. Tried calling several times but the automatic message said the message box was full. This situation made me think this place was a scam and not legit. But since i made the reservation and paid for it through Booking.com--I knew it had to be legi
Pros: check in was easy, staff is friendly, parking was convenient. My room was very quiet clean and comfortable. Cons: Only coffee is from a vending machine. Restaurants are a good 20 minute walk away.
