Pros: Sehr freundliches Personal, klasse Lage mit Anschluß an Bus oder S-Bahn, sehr gutes Frühstücks-Buffet, Cons: Die Ausschilderung der Tiefgarage ist nur schwer zu erkennen, ohne Insider-Wissen war es schwierig zu finden.
Se puede mejorar con poco esfuerzo.
Pros: El hotel está muy bién, es cómodo y las habitaciones están limpias. El baño con su ducha son inmejorables. Cons: La noche del viernes 3 de octubre, a las 23:10 horas, entré en la cafetería, llena de gente consumiendo y mesas vacías, y el camarero se negó a servirme alegando que si lo hacía no cerraba a su hora. Mi pareja y yo veníamos de la calle, mojados, estaba diluviando y no podíamos ir a otro lugar. El hotel ofrece como servicio la cafetería hasta las 12 de la noche, por lo que me parece totalmente inapropiado.

Pros: Gute Lage zwischen Meer und Stadt. Wenn man die richtige Person erwischt, hilfsbereites Personal. Schöner Innenhof für Frühstück. Cons: Teilweise unfreundliches oder nicht hilfsbereites Personal.
