Clean room , decent location difficult parking
Pros: The proximity to UniversalStudios is good . Cons: You see a picture of these cute cottages but that’s not what you get. There were holes in the wall in the bathroom. The bathroom mirror was broken, no Kleenex tissues, no hair conditioner, very tiny , tiny bars of soap.
I would not stay here with current toxic sexist employee who works the front desk.
Pros: Individual garage Cons: The manager is dismissive of and has zero respect for women.
Great old Hollywood motel.
Pros: Beautiful property. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Had a microwave and refrigerator which is always nice to have. The staff were kind and helpful. Very close to Universal Studios. We will definitely stay here again. Cons: My only small complaint is that at one point I went to the office to ask a question and nobody was at the desk. I waited a while for someone then had to walk into the back of the office and announce myself. Maybe put a bell or buzzer at the desk if staff need to walk away for some reason. It wasn’t a big deal and the man apologized.
