Pros: Clean and spacious rooms and appreciate areas Cons: In 10th floor you have to wait 3-5 minutes for the hot water in the shower The breakfast dining area was one of the main areas that could be improved. It felt too small and had very limited seating considering the hotel has 39 floors of family apartments. During breakfast, I often had to wait for a table to become available. The tables are also placed quite close to each other in some areas, which can make the dining experience uncomfortable and difficult to move around.
