A convenient location, but disappointing service and payment handling.

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located near LAX, making it a practical choice before or after a long flight. The room was spacious and reasonably clean, and I appreciated the late check-out arranged by a helpful receptionist, which made our departure much more convenient. Cons: Unfortunately, the overall service was disappointing. Communication regarding the airport shuttle was lacking, check-in felt impersonal, and a broken TV in our room was not resolved despite waiting for over an hour.
