Under construction, but feel when done it will be acceptable, especially if there is hot water.
Pros: The motel is under construction and the man who greeted us was very polite and kind and offered to give us our money back if we didn't like the room. It was simple and clean so we stayed. Plus it was quiet at night. Cons: There was no hot water in either the sink or in the shower. Hopefully it was just our room and not all the other rooms.
Cons: I only didn't like the homeless people inhabiting the perimeter or the area. But glad the workers keep them away.
I was very tired, and slept well, but the facility is a disaster.
Cons: Cockroaches. No functional coffee machine. No closets. No bedside lamps. It is in a fairly good location, and I did walk to dinner. However, even after renovation, this will be a questionable facility.
