Pros: Perfect! Parking in the courtyard! Access possibilities. Large rooms. Very clean. Automatic lighting in the kitchen and bathroom. Large fridge with freezer compartment. Ground floor! You feel safe through the courtyard! Cons: Small beds, simple furnishings (but sufficient if you don't have many demands), electricals need some improvement in some places, but mitigated by automatic lighting.
