Perfect location.
Pros: Stayed here several times...Always clean and comfortable and Andy is a good host. Great location close to seafront. Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Ideal for me as a stop over for work, I would certainly try and book again next time I am down there
Pros: The check in process was simple, Andy was very very friendly and had good knowledge of the local area. The room was very good, just the right size for me. The breakfast was probably one of the best full Englishes I have had at a hotel/guest house. Cons: Nothing to add here
