Awesome

Pros: It was amazing, clean rooms and very comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast 🍳 thanks to Charmaine her warm smile and for the amazing breakfast she always prepared for us. Cons: Nothing really...all was just fine

No refund received

Pros: I paid for the taxi service to the reception, the taxi didn’t arrive in the morning and I had to call an uber and rush to the airport. I asked for a refund, as I didn’t use their taxi service because the driver didn’t show up in time. I have never received it. I didn’t even receive an answer from them after they said they would have done it. This is unacceptable. Will never come here again. Use uber if you have to.
