Pros: Die Lage ist phänomenal, fussläufig zur Brooklyn Bridge und Battery Park, kurzer Weg zur Subway. Das Zimmer war für NY-Verhältnisse sehr groß, es gab einen Kühlschrank (nicht nur minibar) und eine Mikrowelle.
Cons: Die Klimaanlage war extrem laut, also wirklich richtig laut, und befand sich direkt neben einem der Betten. Ohne Ohropax keine Chance zu schlafen. Diese Klimaanlage ist außerdem weder leistungsstark (wir mussten sie auf niedrigste Temperatur einstellen um das zimmer auf 25-26 grad zu kühlen), und in der Nacht hatte sie mehrmals Aussetzer und lief gar nicht mehr. Pros: Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel. It is centrally located and within walking distance of quite a few attractions. Great location. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel if I plan to stay in lower Manhattan again!
Cons: The elevator could use improvement. The elevator slows down excessively as it approaches the floor. In addition, only one of the elevators was working which created a bottleneck.

The staff is welcoming and the apartments spacious, clean and there is a kitchen. The bed is very comfortable. Free coffee and water at the reception. This is my second stay here so I enjoy this building and the neighbourhood! Quite reasonable for NYC!
