Pros: Location for my travel objective. The convention center, CMU, and CMU7s facility like Mueseums. Given room is more than enough in space for a solo traveller. Security is well organized with the room key card. A few minutes walk to the Market Square area, and ~ten min to the Convention Center. Cons: The wash basin supplies water only, no heated water. This may be inconvenien to ladies for their toilet works.
