Need to clean better and the bugs they need to spray keep things clean and make sure ur tv are working

Pros: The area Cons: The tv didn’t work the floors were dirty and had bugs in the room

Pros: Polite staff at front desk, once they finally showed up. Was able to get a lower floor room when requested and also supplied us with extra towels so we could freshen up before heading to the concert. Cons: The so-called breakfast selection was non-existent and no staff to ask about it. They ran out of coffee in the lobby, and didn't seem to care

Never stay and not recommend anyone

Pros: your staff is excellent, very helpful. Room was perfect. Even had a kitchen!! Cool air came out perfect not hot in the middle of the night. Even met a family staying there, making friends 🧡 Cons: I scored it weird because there was no problem with the hotel, it was the rude guests that I had an issue with. My mom and I went to dinner, when we came back a very loud colored couple were yelling at each other in the parking lot and scared my mom. She's 81 btw. Then around midnight the same lady yelled at the front desk girl, calling her a fn b*ch! Then in the early am some rude parent let t
