Extended Stay America Suites - Pittsburgh - Airport

VERY DISAPPOINTED and will NEVER stay at an extended stay America EVER

Pros: Location off interstate 376 Cons: Interior smell was foul,carpets in hallways were stained,2nd floor had plastic sheet covering wall and ceiling about a/c unit with damaged sheetrock on floor and covering top of hall a/c unit from damage behind plastic.floors in room were sticky had to keep shoes on while in room,refrigerator opened toward you and almost hits stove(had to reach over the top of door to access inside refrigerator)had multiple bugs on ceiling when we checked in.could hear every door that open or closed on the floor as walls and door were very thin.shower had warm water at b

Pros: Staffs were amazing, they were so nice, friendly and helpful Cons: There was a weird smell, kind of wet and musty/stinky, around the entrance area. U could smell it right after opening the door.

All in all a very safe place with very low quality. I'd stay again though because it was safe

Pros: Location Cons: The bed. Haha.. I came in from a concert and when I sat on one side of the bed it creaked and the other side went up! Hahaha!!! I reported this to staff next day. So it made for a loud uncomfortable night of sleep as I toas and turn in hotels. The floors were sticky. Not sure if I want to know why. The furniture was missing several knobs. The neighbors had dogs. The hotel and elevator smelled like wet dog. But the ac worked wonderful! The staff was over the top nice. Very good kind staff there. Set your expectations to motel low standards with over $200+ price tag and you'

Pros: I liked that it was close to where we were, and easy to get to. I liked that it was close to good food and shopping places. Cons: The bed was horrible. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in a pop up camper. The room was okay, but the bed was absolutely horrible. Super uncomfortable

Pros: I didn't see breakfast or told about breakfast. Cons: No coffee set up.
