Pros: The staff was very concern and accommodating to my concerns. Cons: I was very concerned about the ventilation from the ac unit. When the air came on there was an old moldy smell. I had to put an air freshener in from of the vent so when it blew, I'd smell the fresh scent rather than old vent smell. It seems as if the filter needed to be changed.
