Convenient Location/Helpful Staff
This Fairfield Inn location is very convenient to the interstate and is on the same street with numerous eateries.
The hotel is undergoing extensive renovations that impact customer areas (hallways, stairwells and closed pool). Noise was not an issue but tools, supplies and cardboard/plastic packaging is everywhere.
Room decor and bathrooms are dated but beds and bedding are comfortable and clean. This appears to be a long overdue renovation made more challenging by the hotel remaining open.
It is a fair value for the money given the convenient location, worksite inconvenience and comfortable

Construction was expected based on notification from the hotel but this is another level of dirty and gross rooms - not sure if they are even redoing the rooms, may just be the lobby/pool area. Everything is torn up and the rooms smelled heavily of B.O. No other room to move into and was just needing a room for one night we decided to suck it up and stay. Blood/wine/ketchup spattered on the ceiling of our room, no toilet paper holder at all in the bathroom, caulk smeared all over the counter. Windows need replacing, were foggy on the inside. Everything wrong with this place! Do NOT stay here
Pros: The breakfast was ok
Cons: Smelled like smoke in the hallways leading to the room. Inside the room smelled like they tried to mask the smoke smell with febreeze. When I booked online I specified that i had 6 in my party and that i would need the sofa pullout. When I called a few hours before we checked in, they said they didn’t have any sofa beds.. so i asked if they had rollaway cots; they said they would try. They did have 1 rollaway ready in The room when we arrived but 1 of my kids still had to sleep on the floor. They advertised an indoor pool and a fitness center. The pool was clos

this place should be closed during renovation!!! dust everywhere, hallways and elevators dirty and dusty, no microwave in room, pool was closed being used for storage? staff was not real friendly, they charge $3 for parking and this is not a high crime area.

This place was just alright. There was no microwave in the room, though that was a listed amenity. Breakfast was fine. We usually stay at Hampton Inn, and this is one notch below, but Hampton Inn in Maumee now has those infernal barn doors and no closet. We may switch our allegiance.
