On a appréciée
Pros: Un peux dessus quand j'ai réservé le petit déjeuner était inclus quand on c'est présenté il n'était plus inclus très desservent Cons: Rien
disapointing
Pros: the location and the bar Cons: everything else - the room, the long corridors, the stairs from the street to the lobby, not being able to reach front desk and concierge by phone most of the times, long lines at check in and whenever we needed the front desk, one of the bell boys, at the vehicle drop off entrance being downright rude, the cramped bathroom
Beautiful part of Canadian history
Pros: Great location. And excellent staff. Cons: We didn't like the elevators. We had to find someone to help us figure them out. It shouldn't be that hard.
Overall a great experience!
Pros: Location directly next to union station made our trip extremely easy. Accommodating and friendly staff. Cons: My room didn’t have a mini fridge to store food or leftovers. We were hoping to store food to come back to after being busy all day.
