Unable to stay. No one cared. No full refund as yet

Pros: Nothing Cons: These people double booked me with another couple who started banging on my door at half past midnight. I didn’t end up staying as girl in the couple was pregnant so I vacated. No one from property group would pick up phone. Absolutely disgusting. As are booking.com who as yet have still charged me for a days stay - was meant to be two for an hours stay and getting harassed out of my room at half past midnight.

Pros: Had a good sleep.. is Ideal location Cons: Rough around the edges not something you could not manage

This location SHOULD NOT BE AN OPTION ON BOOKING.COM. It's an utter disgrace and MUST BE AVOIDED.

Pros: I liked how the window blinds were held up by wrapping the string around the leg of a shelf and then secured by using a trouser clip style coat hanger......very stylishl. Cons: n was ridiculous....115 Fawcet road...which is NOT on Fawcet road but, as the AI assistant tried to tell me, (I thought it was a wind-up to be honest), "the front door is a blue door that's located next to the dog groomers".....this was not the case....the front door of. the dog groomers is blue, the door to the rooms is a nondescript white plastic door on a side street in the middle of vast amounts of Kebab

Pros: There was absolutely nothing I liked about it apart from the fact that it, I couldn't even get in. So, getting in first of all, the bloke was rude to me on the phone, he said, he made me feel like I was stupid because I couldn't, didn't understand the padlock system he was using. Then when you do get in the padlocks, the keys didn't work. It's just, and then he was so rude to me on the phone, it was just unbelievable.
