A great place to feel like home. Staff was marvelouse and helpful all time.
Pros: Everything! Breakfast was also amazing. This place used to be a palace and later on a bank. So stairs made by marble have fossils as amonita on it … absolutely amazing discovery going down stairs. I share some poctures. Ideal to show to kids. Cons: I did not know how to warm the room. Heatheris independent from thermostat and after two nights I had to ask. Thanks that was not so cold.

Cons: There were no tea and coffee making facilities or complimentary water as stated on the booking.com site. Our city view was the building next door. The pillows were too soft. The lighting was too dim. We had booked a double room but had to single blankets on our bed.

Pros: Il personale ha provato ad aiutarmi ma hanno potuto fare ben poco. Cons: La prima sera la stanza assegnata aveva la luce di ingresso rotta e affacciava su un cantiere e, senza essere stata avvertita, hanno iniziato a trapanare alle 7 del mattino. Non si possono vendere quelle stanze o se vendute i clienti devono essere informati e applicato uno sconto. Gli arredi terribili, moquette alta ed un solo piccolo tavolino in stanza per appoggiarsi o mettere il computer. Albergo da sconsigliare per chi viaggia per lavoro.
