Pros: A super but rushed one night stay for a concert at the Guildhall. The receptionist and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Room 5 Executive King Room With Shower on the top floor was lovely. It does not have a view, but it is private. There is no lift so you need to be able to carry your luggage. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. There were tea making facilities in the room and a hairdryer. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of cold and hot foods.
