Hotelmanager is unreachable and greedy...

Pros: Room was nice and even came with a balcony. Neighborhood is super close to the city centre. Cons: There was a technical mistake with booking.com which resulted in having two of the exact same reservations for this hotel. I called booking.com multiple times about this mistake and they tried contacting the hotel and also suggested I tried to get it sorted during my stay. The manager was not available during my entire stay and has never responded to the booking.com emails. This resulted in having to pay for both reservations even though I was there by myself and it was clearly a mistake. Th
