Pros: Towels are supposedly white but they probably need to be changed because they are no longer white but has changed grey. Luckily they do not smell bad. I was told hotel no longer provide free shuttle then make sure to update on social media TV was giving problems, raised issues to reception but technician were not responding. Waited so call to reception to chase for the technician. Eventually Technicians came to fix but after they left TV malfunctioned again. That’s the level of service me and my friend experienced. Reception promised an upgrade and change our room. Again waited for it t
