I was overcharged for breakfast.
Pros: The breakfast and the fitness facilities (the gym and pool) were good. Cons: The hotel’s computer system wasn’t working properly as I had booked for three people for the complimentary breakfast to be included in our stay, but it came up on the screen as only one name submitted, so I had to pay extra for my wife and son’s breakfast that unnecessarily added to my hotel bill.

Adequate accommodations, a few tweaks needed
Pros: Room was spacious, shower had excellent water pressure, front desk staff very friendly, the pub had excellent food, rooms cleaned daily Cons: Pillows were terrible, toilet was child-sized and very low to the ground, no desk with mirror to use as dressing table area, the lobby was large but not welcoming

Very comfortable stay overall.
Pros: Friendly staff and clean room. Very comfortable stay. Cons: I had trouble finding the staff in the restaurant. Had to go around a couple times to find someone who can get me my order.
