Calm and relaxing

Pros: Beautiful property, conveniently located near Union Station. Rooms are spacious and well outfitted. Staff is knowledgeable and very accommodating. Cons: Nothing. Loved everything about it.

We were traveling with our two young daughters and when we arrived, both received very nice gifts from the hotel and there were many surprises in the room for the girls to play with (including a tent with games and books inside). Biggest smile my daughter had all holiday was when we opened the door to the room :). Thanks for making our trip extra special.

Amazing staff service!!! Lovely hotel.

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Great location. Amazing staff. Cons: Didn’t love the beds or pillows. All too soft. Even my 18 year old daughter felt the same . The bathtub was downright dangerous. Shower was tiny and not enjoyable.

Luxury Pricing Without Luxury Service

We recently stayed at Four Seasons Denver for three nights to celebrate a birthday and wedding anniversary. While our stay was not terrible, it also wasn't remotely worth the premium price. Quite honestly, the experience felt much closer to an InterContinental or other upscale chain hotel than a property carrying the Four Seasons name. Throughout the weekend, we encountered repeated service inconsistencies. Saturday breakfast arrived with cold eggs and sausage that had to be sent back. Sunday breakfast involved long waits, inexperienced staff, and inconsistent policies about what was included
