Wunderschönes Hotel mit nettem Personal
Pros: Die Lage war wirklich toll. Das Hotelpersonal war extrem freundlich, vor allem bezogen auf unseren 7 jährigen Sohn. Wirklich top! Abendessen im Hotel war sehr gut - der Kellner war total nett und sehr bemüht. Cons: Das Frühstück hätte etwas vielfältiger sein können und die Qualität etwas besser (Pancakes waren angebrannt) - vielleicht ein Ausrutscher.

World Class!
Another perfect stay at this iconic property. We loved having drinks on our heated seats on the 40th floor observation deck. A unique and special moment. The staff here always goes above and beyond this time helping us out by bring a long table to our room as we needed an extra surface. The staff is top notch and goes overboard trying to please in every way. The doormen at the front door are so welcoming and friendly and make every effort to learn the names of the guests and chat us up. In every way this hotel is world class!

Four seasons hotel with unexpectedly poor service and interior
I have no idea are there any hotels at San Francisco better than Embarcadero, but this one was really bad. Very poor interiors, poor rooms, just one middle level restaurant in all the hotel providing all the meals: breakfast, lunch and diner, located on the ground floor with no views at all! During all our stay just one elevator was working which made elevator waiting time up to 5-10 minutes! Weakest concierge service I’ve ever faced and front desk as well! Rooms located on high floors like 40+, so I have no idea why didn’t they make a restaurant at the top floor with a great view? The only n

Amazing staycation
Me and my partner had a work+leisure week here and the experience was fantastic. Fast response room service and housekeeping staff members delivered very high quality Apple monitors, keyboards and other amenities to ensure us having a smooth work experience. Front desk and restaurant staff members were super efficient with our requests. The amazing view this property offers was also a plus.
