Pros: early check in was accommodated, room changed as well due to elevator noise. staff were friendly Cons: noisy neighbours, kids slamming doors, adults slamming doors, loud in the stairwell next to our room - room wasnt cleaned for 3x days due to prioritising checkins (what i was told by reception) we are naturally tidy but we ran out of toilet paper and had to buy our own. sugar, coffee wasn't topped up daily.
Pros: Rooms were spacious Cons: Need fans or ventilation in bedrooms, extremely stuffy Paid for carparking, on 1 occasion we were unable to park in only spot available due to how 2 other cars had parked, ended up parking in a reserved spot, advised reception
Very enjoyable stay
Pros: The appartments were in a great location. Easy access to everything without being in the middle of the cbd. Appartments clean and comfortable if a little dated. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Cons: The restocking of tea, coffee, soap etc. Had request replacements several times. Reverse Cycle A/C didn't work. Small heater later provided which worked well.
Great location and plenty of space.
Pros: Thee was ample room for our requirements. The locatin in the city centre was excellent. Cons: Lighting could have been bette - no bedside lights.
Location was great for him, dealing with government services.
