Pros: The buffet meal was delicious. Cons: Some parts of the facilities showed signs of age.

Pros: The room was spacious. Cons: The air conditioner made a very loud noise, turning on and off, waking me up in the middle of the night.

Pros: I stay here every year during the Fuji Hill event. It's close to the venue, and they allow the use of the parking lot until the end of the race, which is a nice gesture. The hotel staff kindly allows bicycles to be stored indoors, making it convenient to leave in the morning without rushing. I like the friendly and bright atmosphere of the staff. Cons: It was disappointing to find hair in the unit bath and toilet this year. It was a bit disappointing to find hair in three places: on the shelf, on the toilet floor, and inside the bathtub.

Pros: Nice people and good welcome, also a good location close to the city. Cons: The bathroom was a bit dirty.

Very enjoyable, welcoming, and comfortable!

Pros: This place was amazing. Not only were they very welcoming, but they also offered a variety of activities and transportation within the property to get you where you need to go. The view of Mount Fuji from the dining hall was absolutely stunning, and the rooms were extremely comfortable. Cons: Nothing to report!
