Comfortable stay, disappointing invoice support
Pros: The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Fujinomiya Station and provided easy access to Fujisan Hongu Sengen Taisha and the Mount Fuji World Heritage Center. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a short stay. Cons: The biggest challenge was obtaining documentation for business expense reporting. Since the booking was prepaid through Booking.com, neither Booking.com nor the hotel provided a detailed accommodation invoice showing room charges and taxes. Despite repeated requests and follow-ups with both parties, a valid tax invoice was not provided. The sta
