This place was an amazing experience. I would love to come back again. Everything: the public and private onsens, the quiet and privateness, the meals, the overall attention and care of the staff, the rooms, and the entire property - all of it was a wonderful experience! Highly, highly recommend.

Our onsen and room was fabulous.

Inclusive kaiseki meal was excellent, much better than normal resort food. Private onsen on the balcony was so special and perfect. The wine lounge was phenomenal with unlimited tasting portions of wines from all around Japan. The drumming performance was a nice touch for evening entertainment. The hotel bar and izakaya were great for later night options (the bar looks out over the magical gardens). A really special place that we’d
