Excellent service, the food was really good. The baths were clean and really comfortable.

Bed and pillow were hard making for a rough night of sleep in western room. Otherwise amazing property. Wish we would have booked more than 1 night

I had a wonderful stay with my young teenage daughter. It waas one of our most memorable experiences during our first visit to Japan. We loved our room - Asumi A Western Room with Open Air Bath and a view of the majestic Mt Fuji. The grounds were beautiful. Dinner was great and we loved dining in our room. Breakfast was ok. For people who wants to take bus to Fuji mountain, please check the schedule with the front desk. We did not check and found that the schedule was different from the website. You need to plan the shuttle well so that you don't miss the bus, or just take a taxi in order to take the bus. We ended up waiting for 45 minutes in the bus stop. It could be helpful for the hotel to print out the bus schedule for the guests, as English communication sometimes is slow and could discourage guests from asking questions. Otherwise, the stay was fantastic!
