Pros: I had to bury my mother and sell the house. The apartment was close to the train station and also walking distance to the cemetery Cons: The windows as well as the stairs to the apartment needed some TLC. I normally stay in Mülheim an der Ruhr and there is no comparison. Still a good value.
Pros: Zentral gelegen, Preis Leistung war okay Cons: Das Schlafsofa war eine Frechheit. Es war viel zu kurz um darauf schlafen zu können. Auch beim normalen Bett hatte man den Eindruck, dass dieses im nächsten Moment zusammenbricht. Die Gardinen waren viel zu lang dass sie auf dem Boden hingen aber dafür nicht breit genug um die Fenster zu bedecken
Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt nicht.
Pros: Die Lage mitten im Zentrum war super. Cons: Die Unterkunft war sehr schmutzig, Nachts konnte man so gut wie kein Auge zumachen. Es war im Haus so laut das man auch nachts um 2 Uhr mit Schlafschutz aufgewacht ist. Dies lag an andere Bewohner des Hauses.
Angenehm und ruhig, ich komme immer hierher, wenn ich in Deutschland bin.

Pros: Für meine situation lag das Appartment strategisch sehr günstig. Bahnhofsnähe, Busanbindung zur lotharstrasse Cons: Die suite lag im 4. Stock. Es gab keinen Aufzug
