rooms and comon area where clean and in good shape, everthing was very new and remodled. Loved that the place has parking with EV charging station. this is a great home base to come rest and wash up while running around in LA. Would stay again

The definition of more bang for your buck. Over the top hospitality. Highly recommended.

Pros: Firstly, I will be open and transparent to say that we actually did not get to complete our stay. We were scheduled to stay there for two nights but we needed to leave a day early due to an emergency. That being said, we did outstanding hospitality and services from Jacob (the host), and got to experience a clean room and a very comfortable bed. These are the reasons for the 10 out of 10 rating. Our flight coming into Los Angeles was delayed by more than an hour so we did not arrive at the accommodation till 1am. Ordinarily, as I understand, their cut-off time for checking in is 12:30am

A hidden gem

Pros: Jacob is an excellent host and ensures you are comfortable during your stay! I price and location are excellent, I would stay here again. Cons: The only thing was I found a cricket/bug in my room during one of my nights. Aside from that, I would genuinely come back.
