August 2026 Stay
Grand Hotel Excelsior gave us the most incredible stay! The hotel is positioned in the perfect location near the center of town, but then also remains peaceful in the hotel. The service was impeccable and views were stunning. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful but not welcoming
We came to celebrate our son's birthday at the hotel, but it felt like our kids were not welcome at the hotel. Before booking the hotel I asked if kids were welcome in the pool and got a yes as reply. Our first day in the pool there were issues with another guest from the hotel not being happy with kids there. The hotel manager Tiziana Laterza and her friend (who was the guest being unhappy with our kids at the pool) were also at the restaurant that same evening and they were both not pleased with the kids appearance at the restaurant celebrating the birthday. The hotel manager sent the kids
