Das Haus möchten wir nicht nochmal buchen für den Preis!

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr zentral, das Haus eigentlich schön, aber wahrscheinlich schlecht geführt. Cons: Sehr unfreundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption, eine Wort karte ältere Dame. Wir haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt in diesem Hyatt, obwohl wir gerne im Hyatt übernachten Der Empfang war Wodka, unfreundlich und nicht den Hyatt Standard entsprechend. Um Hilfe von einem Kofferträger zu bekommen, hätte man ihn persönlich ansprechen müssen. Keiner ist auf einen zukommen. Das Zimmer war alt, ungepflegt, vergammelt und nicht wirklich sauber.
