Hemos estado a gusto, bien ubicado.
Pros: Muy cómodo, limpio, bien ubicado, con muchas prestaciones y todo nuevo. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Agua caliente, buena ducha. Cons: No tiene climatización, hacía algo de fresco pero había mantas. Fue difícil el acceso al piso, no funcionaba el código de entrada en el portal y nos tuvo que abrir un vecino.

Un apartamento muy confortable, muy bien ubicado, tranquilo, todo perfecto y la atención es excelente!!
La comunicación con Andres fue muy fácil. El apto esta muy bien decorado, sencillo y de mu6 buen gusto. La visual desde la sala, balcón y habitación es hermosa. El apto se siente amplio por los ventanales. Es un apto iluminado y muy bien ubicado, cuenta con cortinas que dejan pasar la luz pero dan privacidad. Las noches fueron muy tranquilas, nada de ruido. Volveremos.
Pros: Good location near 7th walking street. Nice restaurants in the neighbourhood a short walk away. Cons: It can be quite noisy as vehicles use the street in front of the bull fighting ring as a thruway. If you're not a heavy sleeper you'll probably need earplugs. As a note the laundry is paid in the building, not in unit.
