OK in a pinch

Staff were friendly but not equipped to deal with people checking in. Lobby was full of people waiting and using the pool and a line quickly grew out the door. I was given keys to a room that wasn’t ready, then a key that didn’t work and had to cut through the crowd each time. Room was comfortable and quiet but was in need of a serious upgrade. Bathroom door squeaked loudly and wouldn’t close. Had to use a shoe as a door stop. Moulding in bathroom was falling off, exposing mold.
