Worst experience i had ever with any hotel management
Pros: I had a very disappointing experience at Curio Collection by Hilton and would not stay here again. From the moment I checked in, the service was unprofessional. The reception staff swiped my card twice and charged my card twice for the refundable security deposit. When I raised the issue and asked for an explanation, the receptionist responded rudely, raised his voice, and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner instead of helping to resolve the problem. Great for a one night stay
Hotel is always nice. Not happy I can’t use the $18 food and beverage credit at the market. I was told it’s owned by a separate company now which charges outrageous prices for water and chips.

Staff very attentive and accommodating, great amenities in the hotel, including a coffee shop, bar, and restaurant. Parking is expensive through hotel, $60 per day but get in and out, can pay $25 at parking structure but no in and out.

Cons: I didn’t like the parking , the guy was extremely rude , he went at me and other person trying to get out of from the parking structure he took pictures of the car and us
Cons: I didn’t like the parking , the guy was extremely rude , he went at me and other person trying to get out of from the parking structure he took pictures of the car and us. We went to go address to the hotel staff , they share the parking through a 3rd party , in order to get out from the parking structure you need your room key but if you check out they keys don’t work I think it’s ridiculous
