L'accueil de Marta et surtout sa gentillesse. Très souriante et très professionnelle (Marta parle couramment français) Chambre : vraiment très propre. Tout était impeccable avec une salle de bain très fonctionnelle. Grand espace, frigo et bureau très pratique. La décoration et un agencement exceptionnel La propreté des espaces de l'hôtel et de la chambre. La salle de sport est très bien agencée. Terrasse pour petit-déjeuner. Cet hôtel mérite vraiment une étoile supplémentaire. Bien accessible via le périphérique. Parking sécurisé en surface très pratique mais également parking intérieur. V

Uns hat besonders gefallen, dass das Hampton by Hilton Alcobendas Madrid modern, sehr sauber und durchdacht eingerichtet ist. Obwohl das Hotel groß ist, war unser Zimmer angenehm ruhig – ideal zum Abschalten nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in und um Madrid. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns überzeugt: großzügig, frisch und mit einer guten Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Besonders geschätzt haben wir außerdem, dass das Hotel haustierfreundlich ist, sodass auch unser Vierbeiner problemlos mitreisen konnte. Insgesamt ein sehr

Functional, Comfy Beds, Good for the Airport and Football Tournament

Pros: I stayed here for the Madrid Cup football tournament - walked to the large shopping centre in about 25 minutes - so that was handy to take a look around all the key brands. The food wasn't great nor the breakfasts. Rooms nice and comfy and nice beds and good shower. Cleaning was great and overall - it's a functional hotel with decent rooms - just a stop and drop hotel rather than a chill out zone per se!! Food offering could be improved. Cons: I enjoyed the stay, but there's very little common areas, the reception is the dining area, the coffee area, the relax area, so it's quite a smal
