Pros: The customer's service is excellent but I liked her conversation with me is super good. Cons: I don't like the location.

Could be better.

Cons: Being asked to pay a security fee even after fully booking and paying for the room prior. The person I met at the reception insisted that I had to leave behind my card details and make a payment. It was until I threatened to leave that he eventually let me stay in the hotel. It was quite annoying because I was traveling with 2 children - 6 and 7 years old.

Ok-ish hotel to explore San Francisco for a few days

Pros: Close to BART station Oakland city center. Free coffee and tea. Clean rooms, nice shower. Cons: Streets to and in front of the hotel are not so clean and sometimes with homeless people. But not the fault of the hotel
