If it wasn’t for the bed….

Pros: The bed was the most comfortable!! Thank you! Cons: The breakfast staff was rude, the sink counter looked like it was about to fall off the wall, the head board looked like someone had had too much fun and it was needing Jesus! Breakfast was not even close to being ready at 6, and when I asked if we could get some fruit, we were told there was fruit in the lobby. I simply replied that we wanted bananas and then was aloud to go into the dark, unprepared breakfast area to get 4 bananas instead of a breakfast. Pros: Nothing Cons: The receptionist could hardly speak English. So she had to repeat her sentences a few times.

Very disappointing.

Pros: Left before breakfast was served. Cons: We left a 5:00 AM wake-up call request when we checked in, we never received it. In addition, we tried to set a wake-up call from our room, the wake-up call request number (5X) on our room phone did not work. There was no clock in the room. There was no light on the desk. There were cobwebs hanging from the bed box-springs. The mirrors were smudged. The toilet wasn't stable.
