Personnel was wonderful. The facilities needs improvement
Pros: Location and Customer service Cons: The sink at the bathroom was clogged. The door in the room got completely locked at night. I could not get in the room with my key neither with the front desk employee.
Awful
Doing a roadtrip across country and needed a place for my family to rest. My fiance just had a major surgery on his ankle and calf and was completely ignored and walked past multiple times when waiting for someone to help us get a room. Ended up leaving. Would not recommend.
great sleep and wonderful water pressure in the nice hot shower!
Pros: comfortable beds and great air conditioner!! It was nice and clean throughout the hotel and the staff members we meet were professional and friendly, as well as helpful. we had a great stay and would definitely stay again if we happen to be in the area. 10/10 Cons: honestly the only thing I didn't care for was breakfast, and not because of the quality of the food, everything was prepared and displayed wonderfully. It just wasn't the kind of breakfast we are used to.
