Pros: It's quiet in a very nice neighborhood. Not far from convenience stores and restaurants. Also the nearest mall is close; though, not walkable, taking the Grab ride share won't cost too much. Also close to the ferry that takes you to Singapore or if you're coming by ferry from Singapore. Cons: Not a thing
