Pros: The quality and attention of the staff is unbelievable. I read great reviews but the reality was even above the expectations. Cons: Do not call a cab in front of the hotel - just walk a few meters and pick on the main road. Easier for everyone!

Pros: Strategic location, near the Lama Temple. We booked the 2 levels room which was beautiful, elegant and clean. What we appreciated the most is the staff, very reactive and kind, always available for any kind of request. A special thanks to Anna, Lucy and Nina for the amazing support. I ragazzi che lavoravano lì sono stati proprio accoglienti e carini. In particolare c'era una ragazza di nome Nina che ci ha aiutato anche con le applicazioni, con i posti, addirittura ci ha fatto un ordine di un gioco che si utilizza lì e ce l'ha lasciato lì in hotel. Anche nel servizio della lavanderia, della colazione, tutti super carini, soprattutto l'accoglienza di questi ragazzi che lavoravano lì, in particolare di Nina. Sono stati comunque molto ospitali e ci hanno assistito durante il viaggio perché era proprio la prima tappa.
