Pros: very nice location, close to wedgewood area which is cool and not far from downtown. very clean and comfortable. compact room was perfect for two people and the kitchen saved us eating out Cons: some kitchen equipment are short/missing. eg. only 2 spoons, no pan. but we got by fine!

Pros: The roof top was nice. Cons: There’s a huge list. First off the advertise a queen bed didn’t get that. The room size was very small for the price, not worth it. We couldn’t change the temperature it was permanently set. We didn’t have a phone to contact the desk. We had to type our code in through like 6 doors to get to our room because the elevators didn’t work. It was so dirty under the bed. We didn’t have a trash can in the hotel room either. Would not recommend this place. It is NOT a 4 star hotel. Nothing good about it besides the view on the rooftop.

Pros: Racine at the front desk was helpful. Cons: When we arrived at 8:00PM to check in, the room looked like it had people still staying in it. There was a McDonald's bag on the table, dirty dishes in the sink and on the counter, the beds were not made. It smelled like a cat litterbox. I didn't check the bathroom since the other rooms were a mess. I went back to the front desk and let them know the room wasn't clean. Racine told me that housekeeping said the room was finished, but obviously not. Since that was the only room with two bedrooms at the hotel, she offered to have us stay in one-be

Stay was so nice and staff was helpful to help us out to get where we were going.
Pros: Liked everything and my room was home kind of feel. Cons: Dislike that parking was not included with the hotel reservation.
