Lovely Hotel
Pros: I love the hotel. Great location. I was allowed early check in. Very accomodating staff. Big room. Nice and clean. Has balcony. Beautiful view from my window. The area is close to CBD without the traffic and noise. Many restaurants Infront of the hotel. Cons: No complaints here
Pros: Lovely, helpful staff on reception, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for what we wanted. Buses and trains are within easy access. Cons: It was noisy at night as we were in a room right by the road, but other family members in different rooms didn't notice this as they were further away. As we stayed 4 nights it would have been nice to have some basic kitchen facilities eg: a toaster and fridge.
A mixed experience
Pros: The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful. After we reported issues with the cleanliness of our first room, they immediately looked for a solution and offered us a room change. Although we had originally booked two separate beds, we were offered a room with one large bed for the first night, before being given separate beds the following night. We also received a breakfast voucher to compensate for the inconvenience. The room itself was spacious and had some useful storage space. Cons: Unfortunately, there were several significant shortcomings. The lack of a wardrobe was
Pros: Amazing location. Close to shops and restaurants. Attractive, modern facility Cons: Shower could have been cleaner. Mattress very uncomfortable for me.
Great spot in the heart of Glebe. Highly recommended and great value for money. Stay again!
Pros: Great location, really comfy beds. Loved having a balcony to sit outside. Close to everything in Glebe. Courtyard nice, parking onsite was very convenient and not too pricey. Cons: Nothing at all.
